Refund policy

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
• The item is unused and in its original condition
• The item is returned in its original packaging, including any cases, cloths, or accessories
• Proof of purchase is provided (order confirmation or receipt)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:
• Items that have been worn, scratched, or show signs of use
• Items with missing or damaged original packaging
• Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
• Gift cards

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• If your order included free shipping, the standard shipping cost may be deducted from your refund

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

HOW TO START A RETURN

1. Email us at hello@shadyclub.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team
3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
4. Send your return to the address provided — we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

YOUR RIGHTS

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
