The Shady Club Reframe programme is offered as an exclusive benefit to eligible customers and members. Participation in the programme is subject to these Terms of Service and any additional eligibility requirements communicated by Shady Club.

Shady Club reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Reframe programme, or any associated rewards, at any time without prior notice.

Any discount code or voucher issued through the Shady Club Reframe programme:

- may only be redeemed in accordance with the instructions provided by Shady Club;
- cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, promotional offer, member discount, loyalty reward, or affiliate or creator discount;
- may be used alongside eligible shipping promotions, unless otherwise stated;
- has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any alternative reward;
- may only be redeemed once and is subject to any expiry date specified at the time of issue.

Shady Club reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or invalidate any Reframe reward where these terms have not been met, where misuse or fraudulent activity is suspected, or where a reward has been issued in error.
